What are the shipping costs? 

The above rates are for NL, BE & LUX

Where do you deliver?  
Delivery throughout the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands (contact us for rates).
In Belgium we use the postal codes below.

We ask you to indicate a preferred day.
Belgium, Luxembourg: delivery round once every three weeks
Netherlands: once every two weeks

How are dry goods (fried onions and breadcrumbs) delivered?
If you only order dry goods, they will be sent as parcel post. Regular parcel rates apply (DHL or Bpost).

How are frozen products (❄️) delivered?
Your package will be delivered by a courier. If you are not at home, we will deliver to your neighbors. The evening before delivery you will receive an email with a track and trace. Keep an eye on your email (and Spam box)!
Tip! Do you know that you are not at home at the specified time? Ask your neighbors in advance if they would like to receive the package for you. Also ask whether your neighbors want to store the products in the freezer or in the cool box with elements for a maximum of a few hours.

When should I place my order?
Make sure we receive your order no later than 10 p.m. on Sunday. This way, your order can be included in the next delivery round. See table above.

Will I receive a confirmation email after ordering?
Yes, also check your spam box. If the email has ended up in the spam or junk folder, please mark the email as not spam or not unwanted mail.

Can I pick up my order?
No, this is not possible at the moment.

I want to place an order to pick up at a gluten-free market or fair in which you participate, is this possible?
Yes this is possible. Place your order in the webshop and select the correct market or exchange as a shipping option during checkout.
NB! This option is only visible when there is actually a market or fair planned in which we participate
