If your order has been paid for and shipped, you will receive the track and trace code from us. You must ensure that the shipment can be delivered on the specified day or that you can collect it from the selected service point. You must store the products in the desired conditions immediately after receipt.

Can purchased products be exchanged or routined?

In most cases, frozen products are delivered with special transport. Purchased products cannot be exchanged for this reason and in the context of food safety (think of safeguarding allergens).

Do you also have products that are halal?

Yes, we do! We have various products that are halal certified, namely:

Until when is the discount voucher valid?
